Statement of design
Once we have a clear direction of your design product, we’ll provide a price quote and preliminary timeline based upon the consultation. When the quote and design direction are approved, a nonrefundable down payment in the amount of 50% of the total price is required to initiate start of work. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery of the completed order.
We’ll review with you all the terms and conditions of your order and ensure your experience with us is straightforward, positive, and fulfilling.
Design in motion
We roll up our sleeves and create your customized design with attention to detail and creativity. We use modern graphics, high-quality printing, smart messaging, and personality that inspire impression.
After we’ve completed the design, you’ll receive the initial concept in PDF format or as an actual sample, as agreed during the consultation phase. At which time, we seek your feedback on the design concept or proof. Then, we’ll make any changes to the proof and present a second creation for your review.
Your first review of the proof is complimentary. Each additional round of revisions or changes to the design concept or proof will be billed at $25.
Once all revisions are complete, you’ll receive your design product with a request for signature of approval. This can be granted in person, by mail, fax, or email. After the final proof is approved, the buyer can make no changes to the order.
Delivery & final payment
Your custom design product—whether it’s an invitation, brochure, or logo—will be packaged and shipped via the preferred delivery method. Payment of the balance of your order, including any additional proofs, assembly, postage, and shipping charges are due at this time.
